Essential oils have become extremely popular and are used in many different ways. The key feature of essential oils is that they evaporate at room temperature - this is the reason they smell so pleasant.

A.Vogel Po Ho Oil contains a mixture of Peppermint essential oil (50%), Eucalyptus essential oil (30%), Juniper essential oil (14%), Caraway essential oil (4%) and Fennel essential oil (2%).

Directions:

The most popular way to use Po Ho oil is to inhale it by putting a few drops on a tissue and hold to your nose or into your pillowcase at night. It can also be dropped into steaming hot water and the vapours inhaled. Alternatively, the oil can be mixed with a base oil (1 drop Po Ho to 15 drops base) and rubbed into your upper chest.
